Engagement Type

    Value Creation
    Assessment.

Three weeks. A deep dive into your business, your work, and your technology stack.

We identify where revenue is leaking, where bottlenecks live, and what to build to actually move the needle. You walk away with an interactive web-based report and a phased plan we will build for you.

    01 // What's evaluated

    Six sections. One report.

Every assessment produces the same structure. The findings inside are entirely yours.

    01

    Section

    Executive Summary

The one-page synthesis your operating partner reads first.

    02

    Section

    Tech Stack Audit

Current state, gaps, redundancies, owned vs. rented.

    03

    Section

    Workflow & Process

How work moves and where it breaks down.

    04

    Section

    Findings

Specific, prioritized, with hours and cost attached.

    05

    Section

    Market & Benchmarks

    External landscape and operational benchmarks.

    06

    Section

    Go-Forward Plan

    Phased build, sequence, and rationale.

    02 // How it runs

Three weeks. One web-based report at the end.

We work around your team's calendars. Working sessions are scheduled in advance, run 60 to 90 minutes, and replace meetings you'd otherwise spend on the same questions internally.

    Phase I

    Discovery and stack audit

Current state mapped, redundancies and integration gaps surfaced.

    Phase II

    Operational sessions

Workflows mapped per function, manual hours and revenue leaks quantified.

    Phase III

    Report and readout

Six-section report delivered live to your operating partner and CEO.

    03 // The deliverable

    A custom web-based report. Not a PDF.

The deliverable lives at a private URL your operating partner and your CEO read together. Findings, plan, sequence, and rationale, structured the way an operator would actually use it.

Charts, benchmarks, stack diagrams, and a sequenced go-forward plan. From the report we move directly into the buildout.

    04 // What a finding looks like

Three examples. Yours will be specific to your business.

Each example is anchored to work we have shipped before. Your findings will be written specifically to your business.

    Finding 01

    Critical

Inbound calls miss after hours and during overflow.

    Observed
A meaningful share of inbound, often 30 percent or more, goes unanswered or routes to voicemail outside business hours and during peak periods.
    Impact
Lost bookings, leaked ad spend, customer service teams buried in tier-one volume that doesn't need a human.
    Recommendation
AI voice receptionist with calendar-aware booking and CRM writes. 2 to 3 week build.

Pattern shipped at Autoplex, Joshua Tree Experts, and California Waste Services. Outcomes include 30 percent of overflow leads booked by the agent, customer service headcount held flat while franchise count doubled, and ad spend cut in half at the same conversion volume.

    Finding 02

    High

Six or more systems hold partial truth. None of them write to each other.

    Observed
The team works around the gaps with spreadsheets, copy-paste, daily tabs, separate logins per location. Customer truth is reconstructed by hand every time someone asks.
    Impact
Lost appointments, duplicated work, no single source of truth for the operating partner. Reporting becomes a debate about whose number is right.
    Recommendation
Consolidate to one system of record per domain, integrate the rest with custom workflow orchestration, sunset what no longer earns its keep. 3 to 4 week build.

Pattern shipped at Autoplex, and RTA Cabinet Store. Outcomes include six location-specific spreadsheets replaced with one unified scheduling platform, and a one-screen customer view aggregating data from multiple disconnected CRM objects.

    Finding 03

    High

Reports and quotes are rebuilt by hand. Hours per occurrence.

    Observed
Pricing, shipping, and reporting motions that should run on a tool are still being assembled in spreadsheets or built from memory.
    Impact
Inaccuracies, slow customer response, hours per week of skilled labor on robot work. Revenue leaks where the manual process is too slow to close.
    Recommendation
Custom internal tool that pulls from source systems and produces the output instantly. 3 to 4 week build.

Pattern shipped at RTA Cabinet Store, and California Waste Services. Outcomes include 20 to 30 minute manual shipping quotes replaced by instant quotes at 95 percent accuracy, and city-by-city dumpster pricing instantly computed from geographic and tax data.

    05 // Common questions

    Common questions.

What does a typical session look like?+

60 to 90 minutes, scheduled around your calendar. We come prepared. You bring whoever owns the workflow we're mapping that day. We replace meetings you'd otherwise spend on the same questions internally.

What's the structure of the $25K?+

Flat fee. No retainer, no scope creep. One price covers discovery, the working sessions, the report, and the live readout.

    What happens after the report?+

The phased plan in section 06 of the report is sequenced for execution, with timelines and KPIs already attached. From the report you can move directly into the buildout with us, or take the report and build it elsewhere. The assessment stands on its own either way.

    Who reads the report?+

Your operating partner and your CEO together. The report is structured for both audiences in one document. No translation layer needed.

What if you find we don't need a buildout?+

We tell you. The report is the deliverable. If the right answer is to optimize what you have rather than build something new, that's what the report will say.

    06 // Pricing

One scope. One fee. No hourly tracking.

Flat fee. Fixed deliverable. Three weeks from kickoff. You own the report and the plan outright, with or without us as the builder.

    Investment

    $25,000. Flat fee.

    07 // The ask

Find out what you actually need.

Thirty minutes. No deck. We talk through the business, you decide if a Value Creation Assessment makes sense.
