We work inside businesses, which means we see what most executives don't: the actual cost of manual workflows running at scale. ## The Math of Manual Workflows A process that takes 25 minutes and happens 60 times a week is 25 hours of labor. If that process involves a $90,000-a-year employee, you're spending roughly **$27,000 annually** on that single task. If it involves three employees across two departments, multiply accordingly. The companies that figure this out early don't just save money — they move faster, make better decisions (because their data is clean and real-time), and free their best people to do the work that actually grows the business. The companies that don't figure it out keep hiring, keep being busy, and keep wondering why growth feels so hard.
